A New Vaulted Ceiling - Bainbridge, Ohio
There were many structural challenges here. To name a few; the house is over 100 years old, front and back walls were not parallel to each other and bowed in the middle. Also, since we had no exterior buttresses, the vaulted ceiling has to keep the walls together so that they don't push out from the weight of snow on the roof
